FAULTY ITEMS / CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES


We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. On the rare occasion, if you have received an incorrect item or an item with a defect or fault, please email us as soon as possible to let us know: hello@thetailoredstore.com

We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip where possible. 

Our team will then work with you to resolve this. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care, are not considered to be faulty.  

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, or change of mind purchases, we will happily accept return of your item for an exchange or store credit only. Where you request for return is due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs involved to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
