Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING
Shipping is sent via DHL registered express post for all orders - shipping rates are based on weight and are applied at checkout of your purchase. Orders are shipped from our Head Office in Indonesia and can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only - we are unable to ship to that of a PO BOX.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of your items. If you wish to change this please contact EMS/DHL directly stating your AWB tracking number to arrange alternate delivery options. 

We are unable to take responsibility for any lost parcels, however will do our best to assist you in the tracking of items where necessary. Where you are returning an item, due to incorrect sizing choice or change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs involved to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS
We allow a 10-day return period from receipt of your order to be eligible for exchange/ store credit note – where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address, we unfortunately are unable to provide exchange of items.

We will happily provide exchange/ credit note for your full priced items whereby:

  • The item/s have not been customised to you. That is, the item purchased is stock product and not that of a customised design
  • The item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged
  • The item/s are still in original saleable condition, with original packaging and all tags attached
  • Original invoice is provided as proof of purchase  

To obtain a returns authorisation number:

- Please email hello@thetailoredstore.com and include your order number or the name the order was placed under

 - Once you have been issued your returns number, you have four business days to send the item back to us - where this timeframe is not met, we reserve the right to cancel/reject your return. Returns postmarked outside this time frame are subject to rejection. Strictly no returns will be accepted without a returns authorisation number.

We highly recommend sending items using a registered tracking service as unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for returned items that go missing in the post.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue your exchange/ store credit, within four business days. Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate this with you directly via email.
